1. Refund window
We provide a full refund for purchase or subscription renewal requests made within 14 calendar days.
2. How to request a refund
Email billing@offerastudio.com with your order number and checkout email. Paddle customers may use Paddle support.
3. Paddle order process
When Paddle checkout is used, Paddle.com is Merchant of Record and refunds the original payment method.
4. Cancellation
Cancelling stops future renewals. The 14-day refund window still applies to purchase and renewal charges.
